Elevated Perspectives. Cinematic Visuals.
Welcome to your project portal.
To ensure we capture your commercial, event, or aerial drone assets with absolute precision, safety, and creative excellence, we work closely with you to establish a watertight brief.
Below is our operational and logistical preparation guide to ensure a completely seamless shoot.
1. Aerial Drone Operations & Safety Logistics
As a licensed CAA drone operator, safety, legality, and stunning imagery go hand-in-hand. Here is how we manage the unique logistics of aerial drone stills and videography:
-
Weather-Dependent Operations: Drone flights are strictly weather-dependent. For safety and legal compliance, we cannot fly in active rain, heavy fog, or high wind speeds (typically above 20 mph). I will monitor aviation-specific forecasts starting 5 days prior to our shoot. If the weather looks unsafe, we will seamlessly pivot to our pre-arranged backup date.

-
Landowner Permission & Launch Zones: We must have written permission from the owner of the land we are launching the drone from. Please ensure this is secured before our shoot day.

-
Airspace Clearances: Depending on your location (especially near airports, military bases, or dense urban centres), we may need to secure pre-flight airspace authorisation. I will handle all airspace checks and notifications.

2. Commercial Site Preparation (For Properties & Architecture)
If we are shooting commercial spaces, architecture, or lifestyle branding, physical preparation of the location is vital to a clean, high-end final product:
-
De-Cluttering: Ensure all surfaces are wiped down, trash cans are hidden, and stray cables are organised or tucked away. What looks clean to the human eye can often look cluttered in a high-resolution, wide-angle photograph.

-
Vehicles & Staff: For exterior architectural or drone shots, please ensure all staff and personal vehicles are parked out of sight or relocated off-site for the duration of the shoot.

-
Lighting Check: If we are shooting interiors, please ensure all light bulbs are working and are of a consistent colour temperature (warm white vs. cool white) to prevent awkward colour casts in the edits.

3. Next Step: Your Project Brief Please complete the professional brief below to outline your site location, technical deliverables (stills vs. video), and commercial goals so I can draft your custom commercial agreement.
